Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds of exchanges on items that are unwanted. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will be happy to exchange the product. If you receive faulty / damaged items you need to notify us within 7 days. 

Please understand that all our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different. This would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.
